ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the benefits of the information technology (IT) for the operation of the U.S. Army. It is noted that the Army is not only using the commercial capabilities of IT on the battlefield, but also throughout the enterprise. In delivering advanced technology, the Army should also address its culture of developing and employing technology.
