ABSTRACT
The article discusses the condition of the international trade relations between China and the U.S. According to the author, the persisting war between the two countries has affected the textile and apparel industry, wherein the U.S. has incurred a total trade deficit and the textile and apparel has suffered so much. U.S. President George W. Bush's administration, trade officials, organized labor and import-impacted industries has exerted effort to show their interest on the resolution of the conflict, however, China reiterated that the problem has started in the U.S. Moreover, both countries carried out strategies that suppress the entry of their respective products.
