ABSTRACT
The article reports on the issuance of more than $8 million in grants by the Fairfield County Community Foundation to other nonprofit organizations in 2007 in Connecticut. The Wilton foundation has been awarded $60 million, while Local Initiatives Support Corp. received the largest grant. Other recipients of the grant include Norwalk Public Schools, Bridgeport Child Advocacy Coalition, Yerwood Center of Stamford, among others.
