ABSTRACT
The article presents an update on the real estate market in Salt Lake City, Utah as of July 2007. The average price for a single family home in the area increased another 14% from the first half of 2006. Condominiums sold in the first half of 2006 were sold for 20% more on average than the same period in 2006. The author notes that there were more listings and fewer real estate sales, which result in lower prices.
