ABSTRACT
The article discusses some of the important aspects of real change leadership. It notes that real change leadership can be found in various kinds of leadership teams and corporate headquarters leadership and management. It provides a comparison between teamwork and teams. It states that empowerment starts with the belief system of top management and has a sense of ownership at its core.
