The article discusses how to retain a loyal customer base. A company should listen to its customers, learn from them, and adapt its operations accordingly. The most powerful training tool that a company should possess is customer feedback about its products and services. Knowing the customers' needs and perceptions gives the company an edge over the competition by improving its operations.
