ABSTRACT
The author discusses "jet lag" from flying and provides advice on how to help one's body catch up to a different time zone. She recommends in-flight stretches and staying hydrated, but she believes that a visit to a spa upon arrival at one's destination is the best adjustment technique. Among recommended spas are those at the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris, France, the Metropolitan Bangkok in Thailand, and the Mandarin Oriental London in England.
