ABSTRACT
The article reports that Allsop has gained total receipts of over £50 million from an 82% success rate during a residential sale held at Cumberland hotel in London, England in July 2007. It is reported that the sale was driven by strong competition for large lots, virgin stock and sites offering development potential. The commercial totals of the company has declined to 75%. Good-quality and correctly-priced secondary stock was favored by buyers.
