ABSTRACT
The article presents an overview about intimidation, which might affect negotiation. Intimidation was characterized by two behavior including overt or being bully or gangster and covert or being self-induced. Covert intimidation was more rampant yet unnoticeable. It was operated through the power of suggestion and considered the ultimate untested assumption.
