The article relates the experiences of Berta Davis as a sex therapist and member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT). She enrolled in the Human Sexuality Program at University of California - Los Angeles where learned more about the subject. Davis became an AASECT member in 1987, and recently received her certified supervisor and Continuing Education Provider status. She had also served different positions in the Los Angeles County and American Psychological Association for years. Furthermore, Davis was able to manage her time between family and career.
