ABSTRACT
The article offers information for teacher-librarians in Canada about the revised Language Arts, K-8 curriculum document, focusing on media literacy. Media literacy has become part of the elementary Language Arts curriculum and has been part of the secondary English Language curriculum. It means the ability to understand the messages and techniques used in all forms of media.
