The article reports on the data released by Moody's Investors Service Inc., revealing that public power utilities must consider construction cost overruns and other credit issued as they decide whether to finance new nuclear power plants with bonds to meet the nation's growing demand for electricity without adding to greenhouse gas emissions. Analyst Joshua Schaff believed that nuclear energy is the best alternative to respond the growing demand for electricity.
