ABSTRACT
The article discusses the author's experience of discovering the expensive way of living independently specially when buying a property through mortgage. He had experienced the trouble of paying charges levied when acquiring a house by mortgage as he is the sole incharge of the amortization. Yet, he managed to pay the cost and has acquired another property through another mortgage from his current employer.
