ABSTRACT
The article explains the procedures for craniotomy and the uses of craniocentesis. Craniocentesis can be used to reduce the size of a hydrocephalic head to make vaginal delivery possible. In the craniotomy procedure, a cruciate incision will be done on the scalp. The next thing to do is to open the cranial vault at the lowest and most central bony point with a craniotome.
