ABSTRACT
The article presents a reprint of the article "A Surge of Constitutionalism," by Gary Hart, which appeared in the "The Huffington Post News Blog." The author believes that the endless Iraq war is decreasingly about Iraq and increasingly about the U.S. Constitution. He points out the need for a surge of citizen commitment to restore the Constitution of the U.S., and not the surge of military forces.
