ABSTRACT
The article reports on methods of coaching. The author offers suggestions on how to coach youth sports. It is recommended that coaches maintain patience, discipline, and fairness in their dealings with young athletes. The relationship between coaches and athletes is discussed. Tips are also provided on how coaches can deal with athletes' overcritical parents.
