ABSTRACT
The article reports on the plan of WHK Group, an independent financial planning group, to launch itself into the general insurance arena following the acquisition of another three accounting and financial firms. The three new groups were purchased as part of WHK's tuck in strategic member firm acquisition. Furthermore, it is said that the acquisition emphasizes the firm's ambition to provide total financial solutions to its clients.
