ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the Seed-Corn Research Fund offered by the Logistics Research Network of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. The author states that the fund provides a small research grant on a seed-corn basis to encourage logistics and transport researchers in Great Britain to explore issues of current, practical and academic interest. The author adds that the grant aims to help researchers working in emerging research groups in the hope that this effort will lead to the development larger scale projects.
