ABSTRACT
The article considers the association of finance directors with affiliate marketing. Finance directors are the driving force behind the increasing online sales attributed to affiliate marketing. Affiliate marketing is considered the most transparent channel for boosting sales. Based on the cost-per-acquisition (CPA) model, affiliate marketing allows the finance director to make a direct connection between money spent on commissions and sales generated from leads.
