ABSTRACT
The author focuses on the U.S. Democratic senator from Delaware, Joe Biden. The author mentions that Biden's lengthy service in the Senate may make it harder for him to run for president. He has become indulged in that institution and therefore, the author suggests, somewhat of a windbag. Biden's comments about U.S. presidential candidate Barack Obama are mentioned. However, the author feels that Biden's advantage in the race is that he knows a lot about the war in Iraq.
