ABSTRACT
The article examines the performance of several high street travel agents in Great Britain for January 2007. Online travel agent Expedia.co.uk has been leading in terms of share of visits but Thomson Holidays Ltd. and Thomas Cook has equaled Expedia Inc. in terms of share of searches by brand name. Dutch airline KLM was the only flight brand being featured among the travel agents.
