ABSTRACT
The article discusses the three attributes of organizational effectiveness that lead companies toward global competitiveness. They included the management by objectives (MBO) approach wherein it tackles the economy of scale and attainment of goals as indicators. Another value is the resource acquisition which is similar with MBO but with a component that consider a system perspective and the third centers on behavioral emphasis.
