ABSTRACT
The article presents information about the panel named by U.S. President George W. Bush to study intelligence prior to the Iraq war. The panel is the result of a bipartisan effort. The background of the panel members reveal that the team has no investigative curiosity. The nine-member panel is co-chaired by former Democratic Senator Charles Robb.
