ABSTRACT
The article reports on the movies that will vie for nomination in the visual effects Oscar category announced by the Motion Picture Academy. These include "Casino Royale," "Eragon," "Night at the Museum," "X-Men: The Last Stand," "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest," "Poseidon," and "Superman Returns." Three of the seven films mentioned will be nominated for the Academy Award.
