ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the need for teachers and teacher-librarians to speak the same language in order to implement information literacy process model effectively. It is important for teacher-librarians to read widely in all of the curriculum area journals to know all of the vocabulary and to use that vocabulary when speaking with teachers and students.
