ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the visit of a mystery shopper to various travel agents in Great Britain for a beach holiday to Asia. First Choice Inc.'s brochures feature the best areas and prices. The agents at First Choice gave mystery shopper information on exact locations. The consultants at Going Places did not approach him and were not able to give information about the destinations.
