ABSTRACT
The article discusses the importance of evaluation for the information literacy at the University of Louisiana in Monroe. Evaluation has a great impact to the organization because it gives information about the essential steps for its improvement. Different methods could be applied for evaluating an institution's information literacy program such as the likert scale. In assessing such services, it is necessary that an evaluator analyze the collected data to determine what has or has not been achieved. Designing a method for the assessment would depend on the areas that needed to be modified.
