ABSTRACT
The article presents the recommendations of Justin Fleming, President of the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA) on the redrafting of the European Commission Package Travel Directive. The article stresses that consumer protection and repatriation is ensured with the enforcement of the recommendations, which covers all travel and not just package holidays.
