SDCERA Issues Consultant RFP

The article reports that a request for proposal (RFP) for a general investment consultant has been issued by the San Diego County Employees' Retirement Association (SDCERA) in California. SDCERA issued a consultant RFP to provide assistance on all asset classes with the exception of real estate, alternative equity and active overlays. According to the RFP, the asset allocation is 31% fixed-income, 25% international equity and 24% domestic equity.
