ABSTRACT
The article presents a letter about making a spaghetti sauce. According to the letter sender, she blended the tomato sauce, onion and spices together and as a result there is no hunks of onion to bite into but good onion flavor throughout. It is said that the idea is applicable to mothers who teaches their small children their left hand from their right.
