ABSTRACT
The article discusses the best process and presentation for a successful booking in the hospitality industry. There are two areas to consider for a successful booking process. These include ease of use for the consumer and ease of measurement for the industry. Customers should also be provided with a friendly-presentation of the site in the Web. This means that the format and fonts used are light on the eyes of the consumers.
