ABSTRACT
The article reports on the neutralization of carbons. The project website of BP, which is from www.targetneutral.com, offers new strategies to neutralize the carbon impacts of cars. It presents a process, which starts with registering the scheme and paying the upfront to offset the annual road fuel use of the car. The payments are estimated to be from 20 dollar pounds to offset at least 3.7 tonnes of carbon dioxide. The BP spends a lot of money for the project to be implemented and running. Fortunately, it has been well received and will soon be released in the United States.
