A new spirit at AASECT

The article presents developments in the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT). Different committees have been established including Outreach Committee, Public Relations, Media and Advocacy Committee, Membership Committee and Volunteers. Outreach Steering Committee comprising of mentoring, international outreach and fundraising was led by Michelle Snug. Public Relations, Media and Advocacy Committee was led by Joy Davidson while Membership Committee was headed by Hani Miletski. Ten members of national Board of Directors led several committees in serving their 2000 members worldwide. Corresponding responsibilities, goals and objectives of each committee are also discussed.
