The article presents images from the media campaign of the U.S. National Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy. The organization's media campaign guides youth both to delay or reduce sexual activity and to use condoms if they are sexually active. One image compares the costs of condoms and the costs associated with caring for an infant. The article also discusses former U.S. President Bill Clinton's 1996 welfare reform legislation, the Temporary Assistance to Needy Families Act, which included an initial allocation to fund abstinence-until-marriage education programs in the nation's public schools.
