ABSTRACT
The article reports that U.S. intelligence has indicated that there is the possibility that the North Korean government is planning an underground nuclear test. Images obtained from either a U-2 aircraft or satellite show suspicious activity around a site believed to be the location of a possible nuclear test, where bundles of wires that would be used to monitor a test have been detected.
