The article focuses on the veto of the bill HR 810 that would require federal funding of the type of stem cell research that requires the killing of human embryos by U.S. President George W. Bush. The members of the House of Representatives have voted to sustain the veto. It details the reasons of Bush for disallowing the bill. The Fetus Farming Prohibition Act which prohibits the use of tissues or organs from a human fetus who had been gestated has also been signed by Bush into law.
