ABSTRACT
The article discusses the changes in the nature of society and education. The factors affecting the changes in education are the rapid development of technology, development of the information age and recent demographic shifts. The improvements in technology include the creation of powered machinery and computers. The information age allows man to replace mental work and enhance mental capabilities. In this regard, the improvement in the quality of education became the national priority of various countries such as the U.S.
