The article focuses on some of the results of a research on national design-build project delivery system in the U.S. and Canada. Design-build project delivery system is a project delivery method in which a single entity provides all the services necessary to both design and construct a project. A comparative analysis of the expected and actual performances of public design-build projects is also presented in the article.
