The article focuses on the conflicting opinion about intelligent design by writer Deepak Chopra and founding editor of "Skeptic" magazine Michael Shermer. The former expressed his skepticism about the intelligent design theory while the latter considered Chopra's intelligent consciousness as another type of skyhook. The writer also expounded his views on the limitations of skepticism through an essay which he submitted to "Skeptic."
