Keeping Student Personnel Services in Perspective

The article reports on the in perspective maintenance on student affairs services. The academic and non-academic services of school is compared. The need for all these socially oriented activities is due to the attempt of educating people and providing guidance and protection. It includes the need for proper school health services, adequate housing, student financial aid administration, and other non-curricular activities. These activities are almost entirely supported from the student fees, and not from the general-fund appropriations. In overall, this educational effort is a vital part of higher education thus proper attention on this issue is needed.
