ABSTRACT
The article offers world news briefs related to nuclear energy. Coal and Steel Community's technical committee on nuclear energy has reported in favor of pooling Europe's nuclear energy resources. The Nuclear Energy Syndicate was a group of twenty utilities and manufacturers formed to develop industrial uses of atomic energy in Belgium. The British government has opposed to a ban on tests of nuclear weapons until its own tests of thermonuclear weapons were complete.
