The article provides information on the proficiency of TechLiteracy Assessment in teaching students with information and communication technology. TechLiteracy Assessment is an online assessment tool to measure elementary and middle school students' tech savvy. The program is designed to help preK-12 education to develop national standards for educational uses of technology.
