ABSTRACT
The article presents an account of the third annual Congress of the United States National Student Association (N.S.A.) that was held in the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. The student organization is a venue for the articulate expression to the American student community and for its contributions as a group to United States and the world. Major issues discussed are domestic and international concerns; among them are academic freedom and students rights for the domestic issues and includes the impact of aggression in Korea to the students for the international concerns.
