ABSTRACT
The article introduces a series of curriculum guides for high-school teachers developed by the College Board in the U.S. These guides were designed to help improve the academic preparation of college-bound students and to encourage teachers to play a greater role in the school-reform movement. Six booklets comprised the Educational EQuality Project, a 10-year program that aims to strengthen the academic quality of secondary education.
