ABSTRACT
The article reports on the chain drug industry's concerns regarding the Medicare Part D program for senior citizens in the U.S. in 2006. Plenty of questions remain on the issue even though some of the initial confusion among prescription drug plans, pharmacists and patients have been resolved. Concerns have been raised regarding the acceptance levels of patients and physicians for the program.
