ABSTRACT
The article reports on the move of The International Council of Chemical Associations (ICCA) to launch its Global Product Strategy (GPS) in February 2006, during the United Nations (UN)-led International Conference on Chemicals Management in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Nevertheless, the ICCA chalked up a significant boost for the GPS before the Dubai conference: a letter from UN secretary general Kofi Annan to ICCA board chairman Peter Elverding.
