ABSTRACT
The article forecasts the interest of retailers and investors in the commercial real estate market in Spain, Italy and Russia from 2006 to 2007. There will be a 20% increase in shopping space in Spain. Czech Republic will experience a 50% increase in stock. In terms of investment, retailers still prefer Germany.
