ABSTRACT
This article presents problems and solutions related to marketing. One of the problems is related to selecting the right search engine optimization provider. Done properly, search engine optimization improves one's Web site's placement in results generated by search engines such as Google Inc. The higher one's site's placement in a search engine, the more traffic is typically generated to one's site. Search engines constantly change the algorithms used to determine their search results. These algorithms are beyond the control of search engine optimizers. Another problem is concerned with using one's Web site to communicate with audiences in other countries. The solution lies in offering key information about one's company and products in multiple languages on one's corporate Web site. This is one of the most popular ways to support increased sales and awareness in global markets. Once a person has selected which languages to add, one can use basic Web analytics to identify the most popular content, the content one has to translate first. Strategically one has to choose the top six to ten pages of one's site for translation to each language.
