ABSTRACT
The article presents previews of round 9 matches of Rugby League football. With three of his key players involved in the Test match against the Kiwis on Friday night, Parramatta Eels coach Brian Smith will be counting on his remaining players to lift their work-rates when they take on Canberra Raiders coming Saturday. South Sydney Rabbitohs' brave performance against Newcastle Falcons previous Sunday looks like it will go without reward. Although the Rabbitohs appear close to breaking their duck for the season, they will run headlong into one of the form teams of the competition this Saturday night.
