ABSTRACT
The article reports on how Miami, Florida rapper Pitbull moved his music income into real estate. Pitbull, who records for TVT Records, bought his first piece of property, an apartment in Coconut Grove, in 2004. It was a great way to mark the release that year of his debut album, M.I.A.M.I. (Money Is a Major Issue), which has since gone gold.
